Supreme court nominee Hariet Miers withdrawss her nomination as some one to take Sandra Day O'Connor.

The people lost because of this. She should have stayed the battle.

John Roberts did not have all his documents released and he had an up or down vote, Miers should have had an up or down vote aswell.
