Here are my solutions; for any sexual predator, offender, or petifile They need to be tracked by GPS BRACELET SYSTEM that is, GLOBAL POSITIONING SATALITE, that will give them the fear and knowledge that they are being monitored; so no more of our kids and children have to die and suffer like others have especially in the Florida area. They should have to wear a GPS just for their first offense for the second offense make them go to prison for life. When I say prison/jail for life I mean until they die; I'm not talking about 5 years and getting out for good behavior. Why I say prison for life is death would be too easy to simple to good for these monsters. When inmates are sentenced to death they never actually get the death sentence they appeal it until its over-turned or they die on death role. If the courts are going to sentence people to death then carry it out.
I'll tell you any person the hits, hurts, or kills a young kid, child, or teenager needs to be put to death.
