This Month's Prophetic Word:HEALING AND MIRACLES ARE NATURAL ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN WITH JESUS
I know a lot of people promise healing. There are seminars on TV, health drinks, diet shakes, snake-oil elixirs - all of which promise a miracle cure. But in this endless search for healing, there is one thing humanity has overlooked:
simplicity. Although the gift of healing is as valuable as an emperor's treasure, it is also as available as the air we breathe. What blinds people to this simple truth is a lack of understanding about healing and miracles.
Jesus asked His expectant audience of religious elitists: "Is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk?" (Mark 2:9).
Is it easier to be forgiven from sins than to be healed of infirmity? Jesus said there was no difference.
Jesus died on Calvary not only to save you from your sins and give you eternal life, but also to establishyou in this earth in healing and victory!
Everything you could ever need is answered clearly - at the cross.
Go back to the beginning: the reason for the cross. God had created a perfect companion to live in a love relationship with Him, the man Adam ... but Adam went astray. Through him, sin and death came to reign in the world.
Adam had been created as a three-part person: spirit, body and soul. Proverbs 18:14 says, "The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity." You were created with the spirit as king, your soul as servant and your body as slave. It is the spirit which sustains the body.
When man ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, the soul was elevated above the spirit. Everything God intended for mankind was turned upside-down. The spirit which should sustain us is down on the bottom rung of the ladder, and the body which should be the slave is thrust into the spot where the soul should be.
This became the norm for all humanity for thousands of years until:
THE CROSS OF CALVARY! Here, Jesus turned everything right-side up again, for those who will follow Him!
At the cross, Jesus delivered healing for body, soul and spirit. His message to the lame man in Mark 2 is the same message He has for you today: RISE AND BE HEALED!
Whatever you need - whether you need physical healing, financial miracles, children and loved ones saved, victory over addiction - pray for God's miracle power to touch you!
Walking in supernatural healing and miracles is easy once you grasp the important revelation of what Christ did for you AT THE CROSS!
