I’m a twenty-four year old male and I have mild cerebral palsy never had a girlfriend however looking for one nevertheless, we have all heard about sexual predators.

We have all heard about the problems in Florida, and the Michael Jackson case the cases are endless. The predators are supposed to be on a registry and neighbors are supposed to be notified. However it should be that way for every felon nevertheless neighbors are not notified when murders move in or drugies move in.

So what is the difference in predators?

Predators go after children and some older people, however, there excitableness is on and again children. When the children get used they usually wind up getting murdered. One in California and Florida, and all the predators get is a slap on the wrist. Predators can not work in schools but they can hang around school playgrounds which is sick, these people need watched 24/7 24 hours a day 7 days a week. To my understanding, Texas has implemented a guideline to where any one charged with a sex crime has to where a GPS DEVICE ON THERE ANKLE which means they can be tracked anywhere. This a great move this lets predators and offenders know they are being watched and that means they are less likely to go offend some one sexually. There should also be a 3 strikes law passed for offenders and predators.

How many more kids and others have to suffer and die because these people and there actions? THERE SHOULD BE NONE
